Welcome to the new look for Morgallo Design, I hope you like it. Inspired by two of my daughters love of fairies and the fire flies that we see dancing around the landscape at night. Alright, lets face it, I do believe in fairies. I do. I do.

Morgallo the place were you can’t see the wood for the trees. Take a journey of discovery with me as I live the dream you have thought about but never dared to live. Set in the mountains of west Italy, that’s not quite Tuscany and a stones throw from the Italian Riviera. It’s a tale of mountain folk, of wood, trees and of a families journey into the unknown. A tale of men stealing your apples in the dead of night, of dogs, cats and chickens.

Well to be honest, it's mostly chickens and wood. Ok, Ok, Chickens.
If you came here you'd have to forego the Gucci shoes, the patent leather, the... . Look let's face it with all the Chicken s*** on the ground you'd spend most of your time watching the floor to save your shoes and forget to look up as one of the buggers launches at you from out of the hedge. This is serious stuff here.

We live in a small mountain hamlet where we are the only real residents. It's 2 km from the nearest village. Situated at the end of a road that, if you blinked, you'd miss. We've got 5 children, 2 cats, a dog, an adopted cat who only turns up when we put out food for our cats, 7 chickens, 2 rabbits and I want a horse and need a gym. My husband says I'm being un-realistic because we've got no paddock to keep a horse in but I'm hopeful, he didn't say no to the gym.

Update time... Okay I know I said we have X of this and Y of that. Well we had a jolly old recount and apparently the cats have been breeding, the chickens have sneaked in a male friend, the rabbits have gone AWOL. Someone has stashed a couple of turkeys in one of the out buildings and we lost the dog.

Wish you were here
